Steve Worral, Executive Director

Steve Worral’s career in healthcare spans over 30 years and has taken many forms. Following Graduate School, Steve began his career working on a project where he evaluated health profession staffing needs. Other healthcare fields that Steve has worked in include federal and state health planning agencies, managing health care costs, as well as hospital management. While managing a hospital in Silverton, Steve had the opportunity to manage a wide range of senior outpatient services which led him to discover his devotion to the senior population.

In 1999, Steve received his Assisted Living Administrator license and he has been focusing on care for the senior population at both a community and regional levels ever since. Steve has had several years experience with memory care programs and looks forward to the opportunity to help Farmington Square Tualatin grow and prosper and provide excellent care for its residents.
